Return Process

  Log into your Happythreads account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
